I will be in the process of swapping out my non SVT engine for a 1999 SVT engine. I have a few questions on the MAF and TB.
1. Can I use my old TB/MAF assembly and KKM from my non-svt engine?
2. If I do that, I would think it would run rich, right? Can I simply change the MAF to a standard SVT one, using my old TB and KKM?
3. Would I need to buy an SVT KKM? why else would they sell an svt version I'm thinking.
4. What about the computer? I can't use an SVT one due to the PATS system, so I would have to go with a Superchip or diablo. To do that, I would need to find out the original computer code from that engine right to give to either diablo or superchip?

Sorry if any of these qestions seem stupid, I just want to get all my ducks in a row before I go ahead with the swap.

Thanks. Simon.

What you need to do is go get an MAF from pro-m or granetelli that is set for 19lb. injectors. Otherwise, you will hate the way the car runs with the stock MAF set for 16lb. injectors. Using a stock SVT MAF will work, and so will your KKM and thottle body, although they might require a little modification.
