A GSR(integra...I hope) is a fast car BUT yes it takes it a bit to wind up - & from what I hear has more potiental than a R. & the Si is ungodly fast for the price, well until everybody noticed then the retail$ went through the roof. I LOVE fords but I'd take the honda's for shear value/resale....But I guess thats not the question :p yeah sure has anyone here w/a reg. 2.5 modded or even a SVT beat a stock GSR?

lots of money to beat an SI in your SE??? A buddy of mine has a 99 SI w/ CAI and exhaust and its really not that fast. I waste him everytime we race. I know I have an SVT, but "major modifications" to beat an SI in an SE I dont think so. ATX or MTX?

99 SVT...modified
96 GL....the beater

It ALL depends on who is driving. i have beat an SI with my Zetec(on a closed track/road). He has a MTX and so do I. Technically he should have beat me pretty easily, but I guess he didn't know how to drive it that well. An SE should have no problem, ATX is goin to be alittle bit of a challange.

V6 MTX Contiques are atleast as fast as Si's stock for stock.

Now the Integra GSR's (depending on year) would be a little faster stock for stock.

No ATX Contique would be very close either. Then again no ATX Honda could be either so it's all relative...

Comparing modded cars is fairly pointless as the range of mods can vary immensely.

BTW - an SVT would beat any of them save the fastest stock GSR's which they'd be on par with (2 year span of low 15's IIRC)

All driver's being equal of course!
In real life that advantage would definitely go to the Contique owners by far! laugh

Ok saying everyone is stock lol. with equal drivers. an svt should beat an si. an svt should beat a newer gsr. But early 90's gsr's are fast as hell and should be about even if not beat an svt.

doctor say i need a backiotomi

Ok, your friend definitely does NOT know how to drive. wink If you think your MTX zetec is fast......ok it's not, but if you had a turbo, then I would say good kill!
