I bought the serial version of
this scanner a while ago and really have enjoyed it. I recently checked the site and they have now released a usb version. I wish they had a trade-in program.

This thing paid for itself the first time I used it(California makes it illegal to check your codes at Autozone
so you have to pay for it at the dealer). You can check codes and sensor information in real-time using a wide variety of freeware software.
