I just noticed one of my rear struts is leaking and needs replacement. While I am at it what other rear suspension parts should also be replaced?

I have a totally stock 1998 SVT (E0) with 70,000 miles and plan on keeping it stock.

I am living in Spain so recommendations with Mondeo ST200 parts would also be welcomed. It is easy for me to mail order US parts if ST200 parts are not appropriate.

More than likely anything which has a rubber bushing in it like sway bar end links, toe control arms, main control arms, trailing arms and the knuckle too.

Have fun!

If you don't want to go the whole nine yards, atleast do the sway bar bushings and new endlinks. They're both relatively cheap and easy to do.

It appears sway bar bushings are a good thing to change? I have seen the ads for urethane bushings. Given that I like the basic factory handling, what would happen if I install urethane bushings versus new Ford bushings?

I appreciate the help.

i put a set of urethane bushings on when I changed my rear struts and as for feel I don't notice a difference, but I don't hear them make noise either, I also just finally a year later changed my front ones
