Need to remove hood, then knock in back to as flat as possible. Then bondo and repaint. Someone posted some body work tools some time ago. But you can go "ghetto" sytle by putting a block of wood under and using a hammer on a block of wood on top.

Normally w/ a hood, it's best to replace. Any reputable shop will not repair a hood that's that badly damaged. It would be difficult to get things lined back up right. So to try this yourself wouldn't yield very good results...
