I really didn't think I would be doing this anytime soon, but the time had come for me to move on. I traded in my 99 CSVT for a 03FSVT. I loved my contour, but it stopped loving me back so it was time for us to part ways.

So goodbye Silver Bullet...

And hello to my boy blue!!!

Last look at the contour:

And here's My Boy BLUE!!!

I honestly have looked at this already, because it is quite apparent that the FSVT needs more power. I got a 3 year warranty on it tho that I need to hang on to.

Any cheap warranty safe mods you guys know of?

Also...is the getrag a lot stronger than the mtx75 or do i have to worry about the diff on this one too?

IIRC the diff is really good, i know a couple guys with 300whp that run on stock diff's no problem.

Nice pick up Brendan, but I'd get some Euro FSVT rims back on it or you could've just used your old rims Either way, the lack of power is offset by its handling/braking over the CSVT

Yea, I gave some thought about puttin ur old FSVT rims on this one, but in the end I opted to keep these. They look good IMO.

Roger, this car is clean! I mean it looked like noone had EVER set foot in the interior or sat in the seats. It is completely stock except for those rims as well. Definitely a good find.

I don't know if it helps any, but the Nissan Skyline has a getrag. That os my most favorite tranny.

Don't have to worry about the diff but it's not a trans that can handle a lot of power. The MTX-75 as weak as everyone thinks it is is still stronger.
