I didn't realize they could go that fast. Yours has a 59 mph top end, according to Vespa.

yes, at least in the state on MN....anything 50 cc's and over requires you to register it as a motorcycle and get an edorsement.
And my question is why buy it?

He he he, not my 750CC Yamaha Virago. Made in 1993, still going strong and chrome shiny. But I have never driven it faster than 75 mph, because I really doubt it's wise to wrap your bike with your own body.
