I got a 1383 error after doing timmming belt, I couldnt get the home made bar into the cam, i was told I got it 180 degress out. If i get it back to the correct place, will that make the cel go off and be back closer to time.

Timing is off. Need to get the cam tool and crank pin to get it perfect. Hope you replaced idlers and tensioner. Don't have to remove everything to get the timing right. Its not that hard of job.
