I was driving my friend home today when I saw a t-Red SVT rear ended. It was pretty bad to...I wanted to pull over and yell at the driver who hit it and laugh at them because of how expensive the parts are going to be to replace what was damaged. Anyways, I suppose I should say that yesterday, while driving the svt around, a couple opf times turning I heard a clunking from up front. I thought my splash sheild had been rubbing on the tires or something and really didnt think much of it. Anyways, it continued today and I checked it out and the splash sheild wasn't hitting, and it had gotten worse. Almost any turn I made generated this clunking...Well, I dove out to the dealership I used to work at, and where my cousin and friend currntly work to have them check it out. Currently it is awaiting diagnosis, but they think it has something to do with the tranny, or possible the axle. They called around and could not find a remanned or even a new tranny for the car, and I mentioned that I am having one built right now from TH. Turns out, if it IS the tranny, they are going to buy one from TH for me, since they can't find one themselves. So, everyone out there should pray my tranny is [censored] up so I can get a free ($100 deductible) tranny from TH. Boy, am I glad I bought that 2 year drivetrain warranty when I bought the car....
I'm guessing an axle.
