air filter - maybe 20 or 40 for a K&N
fuel filter - 15 at walmart
spark plugs - about 30
ignition cable - whats this? if plug wires - 60
PCV valve - 10
oil change - 30
coolant flush - ? can't be to expensive
injector flush - average about 80 to 100?
clean MAF sensor - do it yourself
check belts and hoses - do it yourself
inspect brakes and exhaust system - do it yourself
check intakes - what does this mean

sounds somewhat high but I really don't know because I would do all of that myself

Yes, it is reasonable. Labor is usually the expenisve portion and it appears to be about 3.5 hours for all those items.
