I've got a small spot, probably about 2 inches long, where the paint seems to be cracking and bubbling up a bit. It looks almost like I could get my fingernail underneat it and peal it back. What is the best way to repair this w/o extensive sanding/repainting?

Any ideas? It looks like crap since everywhere else is fine.

Buy touch up paint and a small bottle of clearcoat. Look into Langka to use as well.

You want to get as much "loose" paint off. Follow the directions for Langka.

I think that may be the cheapest/easiest route for you.
