Tomorrow is the day. I will hand over its keys to the paint shop hopefully in the morning (maybe later, it still has no rear suspension

). Its leaving me Zinc Yellow and will come home Saffron Orange. Its body kit has been stripped with the exception of the spoiler (wing?) and the OE hood scoop. Its sitting on a set of Contour 6-spoke 15's with the GC's still set rather low.
Its missing all of its weatherstriping, all exterior lamps/lenses, door trim, sill plates, moulding, etc. If I can get one of my customers, a glass guy, to get there in the morning it will be missing its side windows as well. Im trying to get it down far enough that there is going to be little to no taping that will be exposed giving the paint a chance to peel later.
From when I bought it it has recieved a used `01-2 rear bumper, used fenders, new hood, new front bumper and lower grille filler panel, all new clips/fasteners, new moulding, new radiator support, etc. It has also had its rear subframe boxed in as well as the rear control arms. Before it will see the road the fronts will be boxed and its going to be getting rather firm bushings all around. Ill probably bastardize the SVT exhaust thats on the Contour because I can and because I have it. I will probably repaint the black inserts on the OE 17s after it gets home.
Im so excited to finally have it nearing completion. I miss the Contour's handling abilities, and I will have them back only with larger brakes (FSVT) and more power and in a much sexier package (even if, as Scot says, its more feminine

).
