i don't know how closely you guys follow the news, but since i've had a rather boring day at work so far, i've been reading around a bunch of news sites, and came across some more Moussaoui stuff: http://www.cnn.com/2006/LAW/04/24/moussaoui.trial.ap/index.html i for one, say don't execute him. my sentence for him would be life in prison, and in solitary confinement. no contact with anyone, ever, for the rest of his life. food and water, a toilet, 4 walls, a floor and a ceiling should be the only things he sees for the rest of his days. hell, don't even give him a toilet if you don't want to, let him die in a pile of his own excrement; i'm sure there'd be some people that wouldn't mind cleaning up that cell full of [censored] knowing that a villainous traitor like him died the type of death reserved for people as evil as him. i suppose that's just my opinion, though. -Ken

I'm usually for the death penalty and all but you have a good idea. I also like the idea to send him to a prison and introduce him to the other inmates. I bet he would get the sh*t kicked out of him so much; actually he would prolly get murdered so that would be a version of the death penalty. N/m.

Either way, he's screwed. I'd like him to languish in prison for the rest of his life - totally isolated, knowing he failed, knowing he accomplished nothing, and maybe let some interrogation take place  . If it leaves him lobotomized, who cares. Nobody will ever know. On the other hand, if he dies at the hands of infedels, his twisted soul will be tarnished. No paradise in the afterlife for you!

also, if we give him no toilet, he then - depending on the size of his solitary confinement cell - will be defacating in the same place he is consuming, relating him to a pig. and if he is a muslim, this is a very bad thing... i'll have to ask my roommate tonight after i get home from work, but that could very well violate his religious beliefs enough to send him to hell. ahhhh religion...
