Hey all,
I'm having trouble with my windshield wipers, when I first start the car (especially when hot outside), my wipers won't run at all. It will spray washer fluid, and after a while (minutes) the wipers will wake up and do their thing. This has been happening for a couple years, but it was barely noticeable before, now it happens almost all the time. I did some searching and some people suggested the wiper relay may be the problem. I pulled mine and cleaned the contacts, didn't seem to help. Should I try replacing it? Anyone have any ideas? I have to get my car inspected by a few days ago so any help would be awesome.
