Well, he managed to amaze me again.

I placed an order and because my credit card was updated by the bank, there were some account numbers that were not on file with Team Ford.

How many of the places that you do business with will call you at home to make sure that you get your order "On-Time" and sent correctly?

Lets hear it for Bill.

He definitley goes above and beyond what is required of him.

I've heard a lot more "hit" than "miss" ...

Yeah, what a loser... I mean, look at this guy... "my name's Bill Jenkins, I call you at home"

I've been a sorta middle man between Bill and Bombig... Bombig needed some timing chain guides, but the German Ford dealers wouldn't sell them seperate from the complete timing chain kit that's valued at 500 or 600 Euro (I can't remember off the top of my head). Bill hooked em up!

I may have to use him for some manifold gaskets so I can finally put these damn headers on... that and a couple other things...

I just wish he worked for a dealer with Mazda connections (now that we lost Sabrina, our wonderful Mazda6 parts lady)

Bill helped plenty of times when I did my engine swap and needed build parts.

Also tons of parts recently. Orders are always made very fast and painless.

I needed rear sway bar end links the other day, and my car was already at the shop, and couldn't wait a week or w/e. I placed my order with Bill that day around 5 PM, and he got it to the shop by 3 PM the next day. Total cost was $22 with shipping. I would of paid that much for 1 end link at my local dealer, and would of waited a week before anything.

Bill will always get my business.

when i ordered parts from him last month the computer goofed the order and said i wanted a heater core instead of the part i really wanted. bill noticed right away that the item seemed out of place with what else i ordered and called me immediately to verify my order. very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
