Hi guys. I noticed today that my car was handling oddly today so I checked out the suspension. I noticed that on the front driver's side there was a part of the suspension that seemed to be disconnected or broken. It looks like a link that attatches to the end of the front anti-roll bar. It looks like there is a ball that sits in a socket. That is what has become unattached. Do you know what part that is? I don't know what it is called and I guess I need to order a new one. Any help would be appreciated.

That's your endlink. I got a new one from Advance. It's rare that those break: did the ball actually come out, or did the bolt come off the endlink?

The ball actually came out so I guess the bolt must have come off as well. I can move the damned thing around. You can thank the wonderful Springfield MA roads for that...

Well the ball should be in there permanantly, so yeah, you need a new one. Like I said, Advance had some that were actually nicer than stock - and stock weren't bad.
