We had same sound, but found it to be a Vacuum leak, the T under the coil. have to remove that bracket the coil sits on, then make sure that rubber T isnt dry rotted or has any signs of cracks, that whistle noise we had soundedlike it was under the battery tray, but ended up being a echo from the leaking T under the coil. Havent heard it since.
