If you cant find anyone to give you a history report on your car for free, there is an easy way to save a few bucks on one. All you have to do is go to an ebay auction for any car or truck and click on the link somewhere in the discription (usually the vin# of the car itself) that has something to do with checking the vehicles history report. Once youve clicked on the link, simply go up to the adress bar an cut and paste the vin# of your car in place of the vin# of the car up for auction. highlight the entire adress and click enter. viola! you save a few bucks. i think it costs like $7.95 or something

Doesn't work. All that you get is the basics stats of your car.

It works. You still have to pay for it, but it's cheaper than Carfax. I did it for my brother when he was getting his 'tour. Don't know how accurate it is though
