I'm not sure if that is exactly what they are called. Let me try to describe:

The black rubber strips at the top of the doors (your arm would rest on them with the window down) on the outside which contact the windows. They look like the pull off easily. Mine are coming off, and some sort of rot is making them bulge. Anyone replaced them? Easy...hard? Expensive?

TIA

Very easy to replace (old ones slide out, new ones slide in), but pricey from the dealer.

Do you have a U-Pull-It or junk yard in the area? Get some from there, much cheaper.

I looked at ford parts online(from our links page, located under sp motorsports) clicked on brouse collision, clicked front door, then exterior trim. They call it a belt with strip. you can click on view image, and it is the one your talking about. they list it for $16.15 pretty cheap for brand new. hope this helps you out.

$16.15, that's not as bad as I thought it would be.

That's not it. It's the "Outer Panel Right" & "Outer Panel Left" pieces. They're b/ $55 & $60 IIRC.
