hi i have a 99 contour svt. 103k miles. when i turn into a place at low speed 10mph or lower the engine is stalling out. it just suddenly quits. not sputtering or anything just dies when i make the turn. i was wondering if anyone was experiencing this problem. I was wondering maybe if thepower steering pump was getting put under to much of a load or perhaps high pressure sw. sending the incorrect signal. any help will be greatly appreciated thanks. jay.

Easy way to check the pressure switch is to turn the wheel back and forth while idling in neutral. RPMs should jump up a little each time.
