I was reading through my Haynes manual the other day trying to figure what would cause my horn not to work. The horn has never work on my svt, I bought it a year ago and I am finally get sick of not being able to use it on other cars. I noticed a couple of the fuses it said I am supposed to have in the fuse box are not there. The two that I am more concerned about are circled.

Some of the reasons for the horn not working could be, connector at horn, fuse, or clockspring (does your cruise control work?). Check the fuse, then try removing the connector at the horn and clean it and then check the clockspring.

Download an owners' manual (free) at www.fleet.ford.com. It will have the Fuse numbers and locations.

Connector,

and this for the size of the Torx screws.

Wow... that fuse block is different! Has the little mini-blade fuses...

Mine has the larger blade fuses (probly like you have in the interior fuse box).

The missing "fuses" circled are actually relays like the yellow, black, and green ones.

Like mentioned, the relay socket with the metal jumper is for DRLs. The other one looks like it has no contacts, so there was never supposed to be a relay there.
