Greetingz all,

Perhaps one of my fellow CEG'rs can assist me? Just trying to ascertain which of these 2 numbers is my actual ECM ident code:

F85B-1520472-AB
XS2V-1532-AB

Maybe someone has one just like it or can cross-reference them? Need to know in regards to some mods I am going to perform. Any help much appreciated. Thanks!

Are you looking for a calibration code for Super Chip or whatever?? The tear code so I'm told it's called is located on the PCM itself and the "A" pillar passenger door. Mine had fallin off ,but found one on the PCM. IE "KCA3" 98 Duratec built 7/97.
With an OBD II youcan request the info well at least on 1999+. VIN CIN CVN. I'm using Alex Peper's software on an old laptop. I can not read mine, evidently something changed, since I'm assuming Ford's Star tester could???? Diodeboy proablely can enlighten us????

AFAIK all 2000's are XGT1, it should be in the door jan of the car body, about in line with the Dash.

Thanks guys for your input so far. I am trying to figure out which ECM I have, not the prom code (sorry if there was any confusion). The 2 numbers I presented are from the sticker in the door jam, on the door. Stazi, XGT1 is what all 2000 SVT's should be? (ECM code wise, part of it at least?) Thanks!

Thanks PA 3L SVT, I found my pertn info:

PCM = XS2A-12A650-AAB
Tear tag = XGT1

I just went under the passenger side dash and undid the retaining seat for the PCM and looked at the tear tag.

Thanks to all!
