Has anyone raced at Nelson Ledges, near Warren OH? I know very little about the track, except that it's 2 miles, not many turns, and one guy online said the surface wasn't in great shape.

They have "fundays" once a month that are cheap and I was thinking of going out for some lapping. :-)

Here's what I've learned so far: $120 for the whole day, you can pass on the front or back straights, only req't is a snell rated helmet. 2 miles long and apparently fast in layout....

If you havent been to mid-ohio yet I would really suggest waiting for a track day there. Mid ohio is just a great track!

I could be wrong, but IIRC nelson ledges has a crappy surface and very little runoff.
