He was driving down the road and said he just did'nt see the car. And now he is saying he does not want to make a police report and he will pay out of his pocket.  I am not real sure about Michigan no fault and my grilfriend only has PLPD. Any tips guys. Thanks Mike

Thats the best way to go, if he is willing to pay out of pocket go to the best place in town to repair it, get a quote, take it to him have him write a check.
