The stress isn't new. Actually I've grown tired of researching the matter myself so I'm sort of interested in what some of you have to say.

The problem started with trouble sleeping, a few months back. It grew into stress headaches. I'm currently at a stage where this is now affecting my physical appearance (flushed face, bags under the eyes (not always) a few unusual pimples (I know my face, I never get them anymore) I eat fine. I socialize fine. I am sane!

Just a lot of required duties that I really can't shake off or procrastinate on. I've entered my final quarter of school. Grades are good. I'm working less than usual (20 hrs a week) but I've noticed the "enslaved" feeling is more prominent lately. We have multiple class projects due by mid May (days before Spring Zing. Talk about a worm in the apple!)

Suggestions? Moreso on the stress relief part than anything else. Reason I am concerned is because a coworker brought it up and that bothers the hell ot of me that it shows that bad. No matter what though I am very much so a goofball and make the best of anything at school or work, or at home; just tough to do when energy is at an all time low

Go jump on a roller coaster...good way to relieve that stress! Or go skydiving LOLOLOL

Seriously be careful! My mom got so stressed out once she wound up getting Bell's Palsy...she was just under a lot of pressure and had no way of releasing it and it wound up affecting her physically. She got better of course but during that time it was hard for her!

Good luck!

There are any number of things that could be wrong with you, including just being a little "burned out" for the moment.

The thing that is a bit frightening is that you mention that it is now affecting your appearance and, from what you describe, possibly your everyday life. That's basically what constitutes a psychological problem; a situation going from "annoying" to affecting the way you operate daily.

Perhaps try sitting down and drawing out a schedule of things that need to get done and go about them in an orderly manner. Effective time management can be a HUGE help. I know for myself if I let too many things pile up it compounds the problem because the "to do" list gets to the point where you so no way of tackling it.

I'm no psychologist (yet ) but if it gets any worse I suggest going to see a campus health center for they usually have a psychologist on hand to deal with things like stress. Deal with the problem before it becomes too damaging.

That brings up another good point; your mind and body are incredibly intertwined. If you feel downtrodden and mopey enough, your health (immune system) will become adversely affected as well.

Not if you do it 10 times a day like Steeda. He's still cranky though. Can you imagine if he didn't? Wait, ignore my advise.

Go shooting, or play some basketball for an hour or two. Half hour before bedtime, take ONE Tylenol PM with 1/2 pint of milk.

Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

Have to agree, no better way for temporary stress relief.

Here's why:

~Cheap

~Not illegal

~Non Addictive

~Low potential for bodily harm (vs. smoking, drinking)

~Women won't be turned off because it isn't a "disgusting
habit" done in public.
