I was in Canadian Tire today, and walking by the auto service section, they had a banner advertising the Tornado fuel saver. Hoping they wouldn't be that dumb to be actually encouraging people to put these in their cars, I stopped and had a closer look only to find that it actually was the fuel saver.

I thought these types of scams were just found on e-bay, not in almost respectable stores.

well i always thought Canadian tired always sucked. but oh well. fools will be fools

Oh I know they suck. I guess I still had a glimmer of hope that they wouldn't sell crap like that.

probably many people were asking for it, i mean from a business point of view that good for them, and every body enough dump to used it that i know keep telling me there seeing a difference... haha whats a placebo

you mean you just noticed crappy tire had them in their stores? The local Crappy tire round here has had em since last summer.

But on a brighter note, they did pull the annoying crappy tire couple!

you mean the couple in the commercial ?? hey you know that the couple is worst in french... their actor in the commercial are actually real canadian tire employe for most of them.
