You should replace it yourself. It probably costs about $30 for the gasket. I didn't use any sealer on mine. You can do it in a half hour.

Come to think of it, I didn't use any sealer on mine either. I'm not sure why I said I did.

Thanks. I'm picking up the gasket from napa tomorrow and replacing it.
I can see the oil on both sides as I look at it.

This sounds a lot easier to do than the valve cover gasket on some of the 4 cyl. Tempos I owned long ago.

No sealer.....put it on....once you have it lined up and ready to bolt in check the gasket again.
