I am thinking about trying a TB spacer. How hard is it to pull out the old studs and put in new ones?

TB not on studs. Four 8mm bolts attach TB to upper intake. 1/4" socket wrench is fine for loosening these. Please post a pic of your new throttle linkage setup when you get the spacer in and working.

Yor can use the stock bracket with only a few small modification pieces (keeping it intact!)

Notching the spacer and an extension piece & block.

Been there done that I have the T-Shirt. The spacer made no improvements. The manifold runners are already pretty long so I don't think it will help much unless you are going to put a septum in to seperate the air flow. I welded mine out of steel for concept. Also it is a pain in the arse to get the throttle cables to work correctly. I had to have someone pull the cable while the dyno was running.

Hey Can I see the shirt? How long was your spacer? And Yeah I am using the stock cable mounts, just extending the mounts.
