Those damn civic drivers...the scourge of the earth! I'm glad there's a big effort in CA to stop this HUGE problem. I'd hate to see things like rape, murder, autotheft, etc. decrease in frequency.

The only people that modify cars are illegal street racers. No one visits the tracks. Race tracks and drag strips are all figments of imagination. Nothing to see here, move along....

And adjustable timing is illegal... Does that include ignition timing? Buncha cars are illegal.
I guess that would be one good reason of owning a duratec contour in california. A modded NA duratec would probably pass their inspection just fine.
