Anybody have any suggestions on removing a stubborn resevoir cap? Mine appears to be stuck on pretty good.

If it is still hot, it will be really snug because of material expansion. don't open if its hot anyway.

If not, try a strap wrench. I believe thats what they are called anyway. It has a leather or rubber strap that can be wrapped and tightened down on what object you desire.

If you don't have on, maybe a 1 and 1/2 in socket? lol Use whatever size the cap is.

Giant vise grips or channel locks with work as well.

Have you mixed coolants in your system? If you use green coolant then the pink colored coolant, it can cause a build-up and make it rough to open. I had mine snap in the cold weather one morning, hopefully you dont run into this problem. And yes, if its hot dont open, wait for it to cool and use a strap-wrench or just put some ass into it.
