OP Bridge_dup1 Veteran CEG\'er B Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 837 NL, Canada	A couple of questions before these guys go on... - Did anyone else drill hoes in the bottom of the connectors to allow water to drain? Good or bad idea? - I'm planning on getting these powdercoated. Should I get the whole connector coated and let the installer grind off the coating where he needs to weld (then spray paint)? Or should I leave part of the connector uncoated for welding purposes... Thanks guys CSVT Feels Like Heaven Goes Like Hell Profile

Leaving an area un-coated or grinding it off would just cause it to flake. I'll paint the connectors, taping over the area that will be welded. After its done I'll jack it up and make sure everything has some paint on it... Now what about those holes to allow water to drain? CSVT Feels Like Heaven Goes Like Hell Profile
