hi
I have read everyhting her about upgrading tranny with torsen the only question I have is:
how tough is it to adjust the new torsen, tools needed and will I be about to do it
no expirience but willing to learn. I have seen the pic on how to it is excelent but still have to ask

Get a shop mechanic that you trust (this time) and ask if they can set a differential into a manual transmission. Should be pretty common in Mexico actually considering the amount of manual transmission cars available. The shop should have all the tools necessary.
