Good point about the anti-seize.
Start off with a smaller easy-out like 1/4" If it doesn't work, you can always move up in size.
Make really sure you drill the pilot hole straight.

Isn't it like 5-7 lbs of tq? How can you break a plug?

I hate to say it but if you start driling out the boken piece is there not a chance that it will continue to thread all the way thru the head and drop into the Cyl.

Why is there a problem here? If the plug broke off above the "nut", the part you put the plug wrench on, just put the plug wrench on it and start turning it anti-clockwise until it's loose and take it out! Just use compressed air to blow out the plug hole before you take the broken plug out. If the "nut" is something else then I don't understand what you mean.

Read all the posts. It's below the nut.

Then, as Todras asked, how do you break a plug like that? There's not enough "wobble" room inside the plug channel to get enough sideways pressure to break off a plug below the nut is there? There must have been some serious cranking going on before the plug was fully seated so the broken plug is probably only half of his worries. It's probably another reason not to use Bosch plugs as well.

You need to find a reverse drill bit set. Drill carefully into the middle of the broken part of the spark plug. After you've drilled in a little bit, give a little push to the left or right on the drill and the bit should catch on the inside of the bore you've just created.

This should twist the spark plug out as long as it hasn't had the holy [censored] torqued out of it in the plug hole.

That's not the first time I've heard Bosch spark-plugs breaking off. I would avoid them on anything.
Stick with Auto-lites.
Did you get that plug out yet?

the quickest way to break any spark is to put too much torque on it and or it was not installed right as in not using anti seize or not seated right maybe it was just the day to break a spark plug
