I called them over a month ago to ask about some of their products in the guide log for the SVT. Some of them weren't even available and were still being prototyped (e.g. Performance Resonator kit). When I called, they said they would have updated info on their website in a week or so.
It has been 6 weeks and their site has not been updated. I know these guys are known for their bad customer service, but I find it a little odd that they are advertising products that don't exist for this long.
I suppose I should just call, but this is really a turn off. I'd rather buy from Performance Fords, when they finish their new y-pipe.

The Sho Shop's website is one of the worst I've ever seen for updates. What did we go before this last major change guys, a year or more? Their customer service can be improved by one word... "TRY"

Yeah, I looked on their website this morning for any type of specials and noticed that they have "under construction" all over the website.
Really not a good sign for a business.

I ordered my y-pipe directly from ShoShop instead of a distributor like sp, cta, et al. They got me the y-pipe before the other even got it in stock.

I ordered my y-pipe from sho about 2 weeks ago...and its still not here, Tom told me that to compensate for the wait he would ship it 3day UPS and that was 6 business days ago!! this is a not a very good way to convince me to buy from them again...overall I think they're a bunch of lazy *******s who dont care about customer service at all. I won't be going back

My ... I'm sensing a lot of customer dissatisfaction with Sho Shop. I think I will hold off buying anything from them.

I'm not about to rewrite the entire story about my dealings with them. Suffice it to say that I won't buy anything else from them, nor will I recommend them to anyone. It's a real shame that they are the best game in town for our y-pipe right now. Hopefully that will be changing soon. Otherwise, I think that anything they sell can be purchased from another source.
