I would buy a new oem ford slave/tob. do some searching and you will see that many people have had bad experiences with the spec rebuilt slave/tob. The problem for a while was Ford mislabeled a very large batch of TOBs. People were using a Zetec TOB for a Duratec, therefore it would fail. Not SPECs fault for this. Compare pictures of a SPEC TOB and a Ford TOB. Looks identical. I've been using my SPEC TOB for about 1.5 years now with absolutely no problems.
