Wow, been a long time since I've been to the boards. In my final semester of school now and I decided to rebuild an engine for my final project. So I also decided to throw my brain out the window and I bought a junker 351M. I don't even have a car to put this in. Any ideas? not even going to think of putting it in the Turdbird (yeah, I traded the tour in for a 97 Thunderbird)... wish me luck, I've never fully built an engine before

It's not that difficult. Just make sure you get all your lubrication points down and torque specs and everything will be great. Best of luck!

What he said. The W's are much better than the M's, not too mention WAY more popular.

I have like $5 to my name. I picked it up for $100 with a freshly rebuilt C6

W's are more popular and have a better aftermarket, but the 4-bbl Cleveland will mop the floor with it. That 351 will go into the T-bird, but You'd be better off with a 302 or a 351W.
