The Super Snake goes for close $80,000 IIRC. There is NO way that this car is either legit or real or should even run.

Yeaahhh, that'd be an obvious scam right there. Scammers will almost always not go through eBay accounts for messages. Not to mention the copy/past list of "mods" he's got going, which goes hand in hand with the pictures. If someone has the time, I'm sure you could just as easily find the source of those pictures. Then there's the fact that he says bidders must contact him before bidding. He's too stupid to know that there's an eBay option for that, so he just tells people to e-mail him so he can wrangle them in and make them feel secure. Is it just me or is eBay just turning out to be as sketchy as any random online classified source? Seems every other big item auction on there is a scam... It's a shame the Nigerians have to ruin everything

EDIT: I mean c'mon! "E-mail Storage Limit"?!? SO either delete some f'in e-mails like any legitimate person would do, or just admit that you hacked onto someone's account and can't get back into it!

I would have to say that is an almost 100% chance that is a scam. It has a 427 "stoker" motor with free "shipp". Also, another classic from scammers, "contact me before you bid or I will remove your bid." That way the seller can tell you he/she wants a $2500 deposit on a $5300 dollar auction then take the $2500 and run.

The guy sells rap cd's. Scam for sure. Not to mention only sells rap cds and still has a %90 feedback. This guy is a jackass

It's a scam,

the reason he wants you to e-mail him personally is because it is not his account. The real account owner got duped into a fish e-mail where he mistakenly gave all his ebay info to a fake ebay site. (update your account or it will be suspended) etc. Beware of those e-mails, a good way to tell if they're real or not is to scroll over the link listed in the email without clicking on it, after a second or two it will show the real address you will be re-directed to. Hope this info helps someone from being scammed!

I would think it'd be a lot easier to make money using a more possible auction. Anyone seeing a Super Snake for $5200 thinks something's up.
