just looking through it seems you all like infinity, this is good, since they are the best. anyway, tell me what you guys think of this, I just got it in 2 days ago and it rocks my (and everybody elses) world.

in the doors, 3 way pioneer in the back and 4 way in the front, perfectly clear with the filter set at 180 hz. just running of the head unit but thats enough for now (lanzar 1700mp 60w x 4 in theory, really like 20 rms per channel, but it works.

subwoofers, 3 infinity kappa perfect 10 inch subs (two 10.1d's and one 10.1) in a custom fiberglass enclosure at .6 ft^3 per sub coming out at a 1.5 ohm load. these are powered by a MTX 1501D bridged at 1.5 ohms. for power issues I am using a x-static model 400 batcap, works very well. oh yeah and I am using 1/0 gauge cable (I say cable because it stops being wire at 4 gauge and higher).

Good god this thing is soooooooo loud for being 3 10's, they are the deepest, lowest, most hittinest subs I have ever heard, absolutely perfect sonic reproduction. 1500 watts rms at 14.4v is scary at times

Last and best of all, comparing to if not louder than the 2 15in volfenhag's I had in my 96 mystique (same amp), I think its louder, but I can actually use my trunk now, 2.15ft^3 overall rather than a monstrosity of a 2.25 ft^3 per chamber dual 15 box that took up the WHOLE trunk.

overall it looks and sounds better than anything I have previously had and or seen, at least around this town.

feedback pls.

I have a single Infinity Perfect 12" sub, and absolutely love it. I wouldn't say it slams, but it puts out nice, clear, strong bass. Just the ticket. Infinity has made a believer out of me.

I want to pick up a set of Perfect 12s, but I'm not sure if I wanna trade my sorta-decent setup I have now.

My current setup is hardly audible outside the car (you can hear the door speakers a lot more). I just don't wanna become a target and get my car broken into.

My single 12" is audible outside the car, but not like some of the cars around here that you can hear rattling away for miles. The Kappa Perfect is NOT for a bass machine, so you might be OK with them. I found that my trunk on my SVT seems to keep lots of the sound inside the car, and not let as much radiate out. Just my opinion.

oh yes yes they are bass machines, 3 10's in a perfectly matched enclosure with 1500 watts rms. It's crushingly good with just about any music. I'll get some pics here soon, need to borrow my bro's digital camera...lol...but yeah it's sweet, I think the batcap has a lot to do with it though, the alt on the car is probobly going to go out soon, so I am just going to replace it with a HO alt. I'm probobly going to sign up for and go to spring zing this year so if you're there you will probobly get to see it (and hear it) first hand.
