The weirdo cartoons about a psycho character that practices self-mutilation, cooks children in his oven alive and eats them, and keeps dead bodies around his house that he plays with? (Among other things). Lots of symbolism.

Yes Iâ??ve watched the first one. Ran across a link to the series in an article on mental illness on CNN or FOX news or something (been a few years).

There was a college criminal psychology class that did their thesis on the nature of the mental problems the author of that series probably suffers. They suggested using the reaction of people viewing these cartoons as a coarse sort of â??litmus testâ? for mental illness.

Frankly, Iâ??d be inclined to question the sanity of anyone who finds those cartoons to be â??kinda funny.â? But thatâ??s just me.

Quote I once read sums this up perfectly. Just because no one uderstand you doesn't mean you're an artist.

Mental illness can really effect someone's actions on another. I just did an arguement paper on the case of Andrea Yates (woman who killed all five of her children by drowning them in the bathtub.)She had post-pardum depression and thought satan was inside her. A very messed up lady.

I saw the first episode of salad fingers awhile back. Pretty creepy stuff.
