Ok my WR headers are being delivered tommrow and plan ok having them in tommrow night sometime.Still haven't found a three bolt flange close by and dont have the time to get one shipped.Just wondering if a local exhaust shop would have them or if they can make one to fit.If they can't make/have one I will stick the factory Y pipe in till I get one but there won't be any flex in the exhaust seeing how I broke the bolts in my factory Y and will have to use regular bolts. Will using the regular Y with regular bolts cause to much stress?Whats the flow difference between a stock(unoptimized) Y and the Weapon R.

i didnt think the stock Y bolted to the weapon R's. But yea, Warmonger has a 3-bolt flange, and Trubendz has them. Maybe someone with some more knowledge(Stazi) can shed some light.

you could always just hold off doing the header install for a week...

To do it right, an extra week is worth the wait. One of your local shops should have one in stock to match up to the 3 bolt Y. Otherwise, get QUOTES for the work & have the winning bidder order the part. You may also need them to install an O2 bung.

Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

Just need the car back on the road ASAP other wise I wouldn't mind the wait.Worked on it for 2 1/2 hours got all done except the 3 bolt on the top of rear manifold, didn't have enough extensions.

Well, DON'T fail to put those three nuts on the top of the rear! Make sure you use all 6 nuts and secure the headers good or you will have exhaust leaks up the ass and probably incurr driveability issues.

As far as the 3-bolt flange, I've got it and as soon as you decide you want it, and I receive payment then I'll priority mail it to you and you'll get it in probably two days.

You could just cut the flange off and have a shop weld the other section of pipe onto it. You have disconnects before and after anyway. There really isn't a need for that disconnect anyway.
