Well, we did get our car back. All payments and late fees are caught up. Now if I can get the darn thing running agaon, I would be extremely happy! No offense taken. I am just happy that my little contour is mine again!
Where are you located? I may have missed that, but if you give a location, there might be a local CEG'er willing to give a hand. We might not all be mechanics by trade, but we sure can diagnose a Contour problem in less time than most Ford techs. Big Jim is a Contour owning Ford tech, so I'm assuming he is better than most. You might send him a PM if he doesn't read this thread.
Thanks Mark. I am located in Circleville, OH. Don't get me wrong, my husband can work on cars but he doesn't know to much about "newer" cars. I would like to say I am sorry for "jumping" on your eariler post. Given the situation I was in, I just tried to make light of a bad situation. Getting the car back was the only option for us. All is gonna be ok. FYI, my son's health is also improving!
