here's a quick how-to, i guess.

Jack the car up, take the passenger wheel off. remove the splash guard in the fender well.

Put the car on jack stands, remove the jack. get a peice off wood. put it on the jack, and place the jack under the oil pan of the car, remove the top motor mount peice (6 bolts IIRC) jack the motor up a little. drain the antifreeze also.

Remove the serpentine belt, remove the crank pulley dampner. (need air tools, not a MUST but makes it a 2 second job).

Remove the serpentine "guide" (i guess you could call it that??) pulley, remove the plastic covers coving the timing belt.

Remove the Valve cover, remove the spark plugs. stick a screwdriver in cylinder 1 and either crank the car or move the crank pulley to get that cylinder TDC (Top Dead Center) (DO THIS BEFORE YOU GO TO STEP 6!)

Lock the cams (do this before you go to step 7, or you'll be re-timing yuor car)

Remove the timing belt, make sure you dont rotate the crankshaft.

Remove the hose coming from the water pump (heres where the fun starts!!)

After you get the hose off, Remove the 4 bolts (or it might be more?) holding the water pump in place, pull hard to get it off.. It's stuck on there pretty good (atleast mine was)

You might have to remove the resivour tank to get clearence to get the waterpump out (i did), do that and get the water pump out.

put the new water pump in, make sure you use gasket sealer on it, connect the hose. put the resivour tank back on.

put timing belt back on, make sure you don't move the crankshaft. and make sure you get the tensioner tight (so you dont have timing belt slap).

put the timing belt covers back on, put the guide pulley back on. put motor mount back on.

un-lock the cams, put spark plugs back in, put valve cover back on (get a new gasket). install wires back in.

put the crank dampner back on.put the serpentine belt back on, install splash cover.

take the jack out from under the motor, jack the car back up, remove the jackstand. put tire on, tighten lugnuts, lower car check lugnuts again.. and you're finished..

i might have missed a couple steps, but from what i remember that's all of it.
