Looking at buying my second home. I would be selling my townhouse and cashing in on the appreciation I have seen over the last year. Possibly this one 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath. Mounting the plasma TV above the fire place and a LCD TV in the master bedroom sitting room. I have to make a decision by the end of the week.

Nice choices! I like #2 just based on preceived size.

Yea.. its slightly larger but has a less attractive layout. I will probably stick with the first one because its a easier house to live in. The 2nd one is impressive it has more rooms but each one is smaller... like 9x9 study is kinda worthless in my opinion.

Both look like nice homes! I just hope you don't build your plans around tv location. ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif) Mark

1/4 acre but the lots are against open space so I have a HUGE back yard. There is also a park in the neighborhood that is several acres and has playstuff on it.

Buy the one with electric heat...(if either has it) The larger one will be expensive to heat with Nat. gas, trust me on this.

Vinyl is final! I'm an old tin man. See if the builder did offset studs on the oustide walls. It really helps.
