ok i will not use the flush, sounds scary, ill just change the oil with new synthetic, thank you. by the way someone in walmart, told me that theres an special oil filter for the synthetic oil, is that true, when i was buying the new filter for the oil change, he told me, what kind of filter for conventional oil or for synthetic, and i was like \ whats the difference between them??? never heard of that b4

Not true.

Using a quality oil filter is a good idea though. I use pure one. Motorcraft filters are also good. And of course the expensive mobil 1 or K&N filters.

i was thinking about fran hehe, well i might go and get the k&n, i saw one on ebay for 8 bucks plus shipping.

I hate to sound like I'm picking apart everything you say, but why not just get a gen-u-wine Motorcraft at Wally World for under 4 bucks? It has the bypass valve in the threaded end, per Ford specs, unlike the K&N which has the bypass in the dome end.
