Yea yea... but you failed to use the search feature at the top the forum. Anyway....
Get yourself some high grit sand paper. You should be able to find it in any auto part store. I generally start lower then what other people have, but heres what you need:
Sandpaper (wet/dry)
600 grit
800 grit
1000 grit
1500 grit
2000 grit
Plastic polish
rags
water filled spray bottle
Thats it... well and an awful lot of spare time and a strong arm. It takes a lot of time and patience, but it's worth it. Spray the lenses down and clean them with some type of solvent to get the dirt, grease, grime off of them. Then start with the low grit sandpaper and work your way up to the 2000 grit. Once you are satisfied with the headlight (you may have to go back and repeat the process if you rush it) you can use the plastic polish to take care of the really fine scratches. I used 3M plastic polish (takes care of 1500-2000 grit scratches).
