Well just bored so I figured I'd list some mods I'd like to see developed. I know this take alot of money and alot of time, more so I'm just babbling smile Sorry in advance

-TB Spacer/splitter which can split the air, for better velocity through the UIM.
-New intake design allowing more room for the above spacer mod, and a larger filter. Battery relocation might be a must.
-Extrude Honed UIM and LIM with port matching.
-Affordable "Equal Length" Long Tube Headers ypipe combo, which are dyno proven!
-Programmable ECU or even an Upgraded ECU

All of these should be dyno proven/tuned for the best possible results.

I know its quite a bit and I know I'm probably dreaming but oh well!

laugh

I just want n/a finely tuned power! smile With alot of attention to detail I believe it can be done. Just look at that N/A cougar 350bhp..... WOW

Oh and whats the deal with SHOshops 37mm secondary butterflies and E.H Intake Manifold? Is it worth the money, has anyone had this done? Dyno's?

Ok I'm done!

heh heh, justin. good list! laugh
sorta on the same subject here's my wish list after the headers go on:
Kaiser's intake
Polish the TB, or perhaps the SHOShop 63mm unit,
Chip w/ appropriate a:f tuning and spark advance - Dyno tuning of course smile (where? only god knows)
hope to hit ~185hp w/ those mods. (hey, it's a wish list)

Thats a good list too! I'm sure you'll be able to make your 185hp...

I guess I'm going to first find a SHO ypipe to finish off the exhaust side (For now).

Then follow with an Apexi SAFC, dyno the car, then send in the info to get my Diablo chip custom burned for my mods.(I may actually wait on this?)

Then start trying to open the intake up more, with E.H UIM ...etc...like in the above list!

Well its good to dream though smile

Ummm... your ECU is already programable (except for the '95s--so sorry). Are you saying that you want in-cabin re-calibration capability?

Ford has an expensive and proprietary box with a terminal and keyboard for reprogramming while you drive--you wouldn't be interested in this one; it probably costs as much as your car and requires significant training.

There is at least one laptop tool that, with a $3000 accessory from a financially unstable company and some confidential info from Ford, could be used to recalibrate with the engine off.

I doubt anything else will be developed (especially not for aftermarket) since the engine controller architecture in our cars will soon be obsolete. Sadly, gone are the days when we will see another run of 6 years+ with one controller architecture.
