I know it's not much to alot of you guys but I'm 5'5/125lb and have been trying hard to get back to where I was.
Anyway that's all, just thought I'd share the good news(atleast to me).
Edit: Oh thats dumbbell not barbell.

woot for being skinny as hell!
18, 6'7" 165 pounds, i guess thats what happens when you grow fast and cant put on weight.
Sucks tho, cause ive tried working out and dieting and eating shakes and whatnot, nothing really works. i gain a little bit of muscle but not much, i think i need to do some hardcore biking and climbing to make some core strength.

I'm 6'1" 160 pounds and I usually curl 25 for reps of ten and sets of 5 per arm (switching back and forth on arms and listening to music helps). I don't work out often just enough to get me going for a physical day or something.
50 pounds is quite a bit for one arm at that weight, I used to be 5'2" @ 120 pounds soaking wet until I sprouted up my junior year. It was tough to cope with my less than average weight at the time, so I can sort of relate.

I think it's plausible. I have a friend that's that is 5'6" and weights around 138lbs on a good day. I saw him work out numerous time and he could bench 260lbs easy and curling a 50lb dumb bell wasn't much to him either. Of course, his legs looked polio stricken though. I've also seen the same dude deadlift about 400lbs. He's just a freak of nature.
