They're snoopy old people who freely admit they like to watch the happenings out their window. Elky used his hearse to help us move into the neighborhood back in September. So over the holidays, they invited us for snacks and drinks, made small talk for a while, etc. Then eventually they said, "so what's the deal with the hearse". lol!
