Has anybody else ever had one of these? Heres a little bit about them:

"Uniquely designed from renewable, fast-growing Birchwood trees, each toothpick is infused with a powerful array of natural plant extracts, including peppermint, spearmint, cinnamon, fennel and menthol."

My friend gave me one of these over Christmas break and now I'm hooked along with the rest of my friends. We bought out the local Harvest Health Foods in our area. They said that they havent had to order any in over a year and now they're sold out!
I thought this would be a good thing to do since I quit smoking to take away some of the urge. I guess its not a bad thing though. The oils in them break down the bacteria and debris left over after eating. They give you nice fresh breath and a pleasant taste.
Just thought I would pass this along to anyone who is maybe trying to quit smoking. I know its helped me. If you want to try them, I bought Thursday Plantation brand chewing sticks. I'll warn you though the Cinnamon is HOT! You have to be careful though they can be addicting. Apparently so much that there is a Chewers Anonymous group out there if you need help quitting!

damn, im a little interested too.

i just wanna get this right, is there nothing bad about these? or are they like a big step down from cigarettes?
ive seen a few times theyre good for people quitting smoking, but id like to know if theres anything cigarette related in em or anything

if theyre just like a flavored toothpick-type thing that cleans your gums, then sweet, just thought id try to get some info before getting all into these.

ps: about how much would those cost in US? assuming id have to order them from that site.

Sorry this topic got buried. There is nothing in them even remotely cigarette related. It is merely something that can help with the physical connection with smoking. It is just a tooth pick impregnated with some essential oils. I found mine locally at Harvest Health Foods. I believe for the double pack which included Cinnamon and Original it was just under $6.00. I've never purchased them online but have seen a few sites that carry them.
