Coming home from picking up my daughters car from the shop, my MTX CSVT wont shift.

Now its stuck in 4th gear.

WTF now?
Looks like a bear to get apart...cd says from under car?

Any good pictorials or how-to's around.

I did a search but most are for ATX's.

Before you do anything else, check to see if the shift cable came loose, probably from the trans end.

Happened to me a year ago. Shifter cable came off at the transmission end. Guys at the gas station fixed it with a $5 teflon washer.

This guy said that he had good news...he didn't have to drop the trans to fix it.
He said that the bushings were worn out...
1 Tow job to his shop + replace bushings = $250.00
